E. Brandon Robinson
Brandon flew CF-18s in the Royal Canadian Air Force for two decades and managed capital projects up to $4B, including the F-35 acquisition. The co-author of several successful aerospace patents, he is at the vanguard of the Advanced Air Mobility movement, and holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from Royal Military College, as well as an MBA from Royal Roads University.
Jason O’Neill
Deeply experienced in managing mission critical systems that ensure the security of all organizational processes and data, Jason drives our operational growth. He has managed multi-million dollar projects across healthcare, smart cities and air transportation, and deftly navigates the nexus of fundraising, cross-border M&A and enterprise strategy vital to this highly regulated industry.
Brian Merker
Bringing considerable multinational industry experience, Brian has strong technical capabilities in US GAAP/IFRS/ASPE with extensive reporting expertise in heavily regulated markets. From IPOs to private placements and highly-leveraged private equity environments, he has expertly overseen successful integrations and acquisitions, and is skilled at advancing both mid-sized and small organizations.
E. Brian Robinson
Brian has provided peerless technical skill and proven aircraft thought leadership since founding Horizon Aircraft in 2013. A licensed pilot at age 17, he channeled his passion into owning, operating, modifying and maintaining a variety of aircraft for 55 years. Holder of multiple aviation patents and a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Waterloo, Brian’s career includes founding a Transport Canada approved Aircraft Maintenance Operation, and several design and manufacturing C-Suite positions.
Stewart Lee
Stewart has been with us since 2013, specializing in team and culture cultivation. He served as HR Director of a national manufacturing company for over a decade, before starting his own HR consulting firm in 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, an MBA in Management from Royal Roads University, and has been a Chartered Professional in HR since 2009.
Phil Kelly
Phil ‘Royal’ Kelly was born in Dublin and, as a Royal Marines Commando, flew the Sea Harrier FA2, Harrier II, and the F/A-18EF. He closed his military career as Head Carrier Strike and Maritime Aviation, using his extensive VTOL experience to oversee eVTOL aircraft testing, design and development. He also led the strategic team in London, introducing the Lightning F-35B into UK service, and became the Head of Future Aviation as an Aeronautical Engineer MSc, developing, testing and launching the first autonomous aircraft from the UK Super Carriers.

3C Flight Center of Excellence
Horizon Aircraft has signed a Memorandum Of Understanding (MOU) with 3C, a major technical and certification resource in the Canadian aerospace industry, to formalize collaboration on the path to certification of the Cavorite X7. This affords us expanded access to 3C’s renowned services and expertise, including: gap analysis, certification planning, certifiable design consulting, training, flight test planning and execution, and eventual airworthiness approval. The partnership is a critical step in mitigating risk and evolving the project toward an exciting and sustainable future.
